You must have in mod folder two files:

motorcycle_traffic_pack_by_Jazzycat_v1.0ats.scs

and

motorcycle_traffic_pack_by_Jazzycat_v1.0ats_def.scs (only with default traffic)

or

motorcycle_traffic_pack_by_Jazzycat_v1.0ats_jaz.scs (with my AI pack)
